Day 1 - MILAN, The Sophisticated Start

Begin in Italy’s cosmopolitan northern hub, where elegance and tradition meet on the plate. Dine alongside Chef Cesare Battisti, who guides you through the quintessential flavors of Milan.
You'll enjoy the crispy, buttery cotoletta alla milanese—a veal cutlet delicately fried to golden perfection—and risotto allo zafferano, a luxurious saffron-infused dish with roots in aristocratic banquets and centuries of Milanese tradition.

Day 2 - BOLOGNA, Italy’s Culinary Capital

Travel to the heart of Emilia-Romagna, where food is a religion. At Caseificio Rosola, witness the age-old process of making Parmigiano Reggiano, crafted with milk from the rare Bianca Modenese cow. You’ll taste different ages of the cheese—nutty, crystalline, and intense—with insight into why this cheese is so revered.
Then, step into a cozy trattoria for ragù alla bolognese, slow-cooked to perfection with pork, beef, and just the right touch of tomato—served over silky tagliatelle, never spaghetti.

Day 3 - MODENA & RIMINI, Balsamic Traditions & Fresh Pasta

In Modena, visit the historic Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Giuseppe Giusti, where century-old barrels age traditional balsamic vinegar into a rich, velvety elixir. Learn how this deeply concentrated vinegar is still made by hand—and taste it over Parmigiano or strawberries.
