• The order of the tour may vary depending landing airport

 

• The tour may be customized upon individual desires of visits. The adding or excluding of any city, villages, attractions, stops suggested and structured can be tailored made; tour itineraries are based on the highlight  and preferences of the area, and structured logistically and sustainably on each territory.

 

 

PRICES INCLUDE:
 

In-destination private transfers (boat/car), activities and excursions as detailed, all accommodation with breakfast included, dinner where mentioned, tax & vat.

TERM & CONDITIONS

A  deposit is of  the 30% is  due at the moment of the booking . The balance is due 40 days prior to departure unless contracted differently.

Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary or specifically required.

​

Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and start date are payable by the client and subject to change until the booking  confirmation on prepaid tours.

​

Availability cannot be guaranteed until ultimately  booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.

Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in a definition contract prior the final confirmation.

Living Standards and practices at destination may differ from those in North America with respect to provisions of utilities, services and accommodation.

Cancellations of confirmed bookings 90 days or more, unless contracted differently, prior to departure will receive full refund minus administrative fee and any non-refundable paid fees (e.g., non-refundable airfare, cruise, hotel deposits, Italy Lux Design Deposit, or insurances).  Cancellations under other day-limits are subjected to specific penalties, singular fees and refund will apply.
